70x150 cm ~ Painting, Acrylic, Collages
tritptych
The central part with two pages from Dante Alighieri's Divine Comedy
The paper of the artwork is white!
For me, the act of painting begins when words fall silent.
I cannot say much about my paintings, except that they come from a vision — something I see,
and therefore, I paint.
Often, these visions arise from reading poetry.
I do not know why I see what I see — that’s why I paint:
to allow others to see what I see.
And through their visions and words,
I often come to understand better what I have painted.
So please, feel free to share your thoughts and comments!
